How do I change my HovalConnect password?

There are two ways to change your HovalConnect password:

1. On the login screen (before you are logged in)

Visit connect.hoval.com and click “Forgot password?”
Enter the correct e-mail address (the one you used at registration)
Check your spam folder
Click on the activation link within two hours of receiving it
Set your new password
Log in

2. On the HovalConnect Account screen in the app

In the HovalConnect app, click on the menu icon at the top left-hand side
Select “HovalConnect account”
Click “Change my password”
Enter the correct e-mail address (the one you used at registration)
Check your spam folder
Click on the activation link within two hours of receiving it
Set your new password
Log in
