These conditions of participation apply to all competitions run by the Hoval Group, headquartered in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, and its associated companies (hereinafter referred to as “Hoval”) on the company website and on its social media channels, particularly Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. An overview of the companies that belong to the Group can be found here. You can contact our Data Protection Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
These conditions of participation apply unless it is expressly agreed that different conditions of participation apply. Any participant’s conditions of participation that are different from, contradict or provide additions to these conditions of participation are hereby rejected. These conditions of participation apply even if Hoval allows a participant to participate in the competition without Hoval being aware of conditions of participation that deviate from or contradict these conditions of participation. By participating in the competition, the participant declares that they agree to these conditions of participation.

Only the prizes specified for the competition in question shall be awarded. The winner shall be determined from all eligible participants who have submitted their entry form within the specified period.
The winner shall be determined after the end of the entry period by drawing a name at random from all the participants. Hoval shall be solely responsible for the draw.
The prize winner shall be notified via email shortly afterwards and must confirm that they have received this notification within two weeks. If they do not confirm this within two weeks, Hoval shall be entitled to determine a new winner through another random draw. The prize shall be handed over solely to the winner.
Handover of the prize, changes, shipping, additional costs, publication
Unless otherwise agreed, the prize shall be sent to the winner by post, using the address provided upon entry. The risk of accidental loss or deterioration shall transfer to the winner at the point when the prize is handed over to the forwarding agent. Hoval shall bear the costs associated with shipping the prize. The winner shall bear any additional costs associated with using the prize. The winner shall be solely responsible for paying any taxes on the prize.
No cash equivalent shall be granted and the winner may not exchange the prize or collect it themselves. The winner accepts any changes to the prize that become necessary for reasons outside Hoval’s responsibility.
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to Hoval publishing their full name on the company website and social media channels, particularly Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
