Hoval’s outlook for 2026: New heat pump solutions, geothermal heat innovation and smart system networking
Hoval is kicking off 2026 with strong innovations – this outlook provides a first glimpse at its new solutions for heat pump technology, digital services and intelligent system integration.
The spotlight is on three key topics: a new milestone in the field of brine/water heat pumps with the Thermalia pro, the expansion of the Belaria pro air/water heat pump series, and a significantly expanded digital ecosystem consisting of the new HovalConnect app version and the introduction of Hoval Integrate for open system networking. With the Hoval ePlant in Istebné, Slovakia, the group’s state-of-the-art and largest production facility, Hoval is also underlining its clear commitment to the future of heat pumps and investing sustainably in the expansion of its production capacities.
Thermalia pro: Future-proof geothermal heat pump. The series covers outputs from 8 to 42 kW and can be expanded in cascade to 336 kW.
Thermalia pro: Future-proof brine/water heat pump (geothermal heat pump)
With Thermalia pro, Hoval is launching a new geothermal heat pump based on the natural refrigerant R290. The series covers outputs from 8 to 42 kW and can be expanded in cascade to over 300 kW. Thanks to high flow temperatures, the heat pump is ideal for new buildings as well as for modernisation projects. It is quiet, highly efficient and designed to be particularly user-friendly – from planning and installation to operation. Hoval thus offers a powerful, flexible and future-proof solution that fits seamlessly into modern building concepts.
Hoval Belaria pro: Air/water heat pumps for multi-story residential and commercial buildings from 20–200 kW.
Advanced heat pump solutions for large properties
With the new Belaria pro (20,25), Hoval is expanding its successful line of particularly quiet air/water heat pumps. It complements the successful Belaria pro (40,50) from 2025 and enables a finely scalable solution for multi-story residential and commercial buildings from 20–200 kW. Due to its extremely low noise levels, the Belaria pro is one of the quietest systems in its class. In addition, Hoval supplies all system components – from storage tanks to heating and cooling distribution to the control system – as a coordinated complete solution from a single source.
HovalConnect & Hoval Integrate: Digital services for maximum transparency and open networking
The new HovalConnect app version has been comprehensively updated with real-time and historical data and significantly simplified operation. In combination with Hoval Integrate, this creates a powerful digital heating system: While HovalConnect simplifies direct interaction with the system, Hoval Integrate connects Hoval systems to selected energy and home automation platforms. Open interfaces, clear integration instructions and practical examples make work easier for specialist partners, create straightforward processes and offer owners additional added value through intelligent optimisation and lower energy costs.
Technology, service and future-proofing from a single source
With these new products and digital solutions, Hoval is consistently pursuing the path of innovation. The combination of highly efficient heat pump technology, intelligent system integration and user-friendly digital services provides planners, installers, system integrators and owners with the tools they need for the energy future. In this way, Hoval is once again underlining its commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that are economical, sustainable and future-proof.
