Hoval expands Group Senior Management: Richard Hirschmann appointed Chief Technology Officer
Vaduz (Liechtenstein), 8 January 2026 – From 1 January 2026, Hoval is strengthening its technological focus and expanding the Group Senior Management with the addition of the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Richard Hirschmann, an internationally experienced manager, will assume group-wide responsibility for research and development.

Richard Hirschmann was most recently Senior Vice President R&D at Thyssenkrupp Presta AG, where he was responsible for the global development of future steering systems, mechatronic components and safety-critical software. Prior to that, he held various management positions within the Thyssenkrupp Group in Europe and the USA. He has extensive international experience in the fields of technology, innovation and industrial development.
