How do I change my HovalConnect password?
There are two ways to change your HovalConnect password:
1. On the login screen (before you are logged in)

- Visit connect.hoval.com and click “Forgot password?”
- Enter the correct e-mail address (the one you used at registration)
- Check your spam folder
- Click on the activation link within two hours of receiving it
- Set your new password
- Log in
2. On the HovalConnect Account screen in the app

- In the HovalConnect app, click on the menu icon at the top left-hand side
- Select “HovalConnect account”
- Click “Change my password”
- Enter the correct e-mail address (the one you used at registration)
- Check your spam folder
- Click on the activation link within two hours of receiving it
- Set your new password
- Log in
